1 whole pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
Empty 1 can salmon & juice into large mixing bowl (remove bones). Add 2 eggs. Add lemon juice. Stir mixture well. Add onion, pepper, crackers. Stir.

Patties will be beautifully brown, crunchy, and very delicious. Squeeze on some fresh lemon. mmmmm... they are to die for.

I accepted a few paid blogging assignments on this blog but I've decided now that I don't want to do that here.
I have a few other blogs where I do get paid to blog on occasion and that's cool, but I think I'm going to just let this blog go back to being my own personal blog that is for my own enjoyment only. I frankly don't give a flying flip if anybody ever reads it or not. pfffft!
I really need a place to go where I don't feel like I have to cater to and bow down to the wishes of others, even if they are freekin' paying me money to do it. blah. It just isn't worth it for BellaBlog. This blog has always been my haven and I plan to keep it that way. So there.
What is worse than the people that pay me money are the people I pay money to! I paid for membership at an online community and the admin(s) had the gall to come in recently and delete posts from my forum. I figure that I paid for the service and it is up to me to decide which posts I choose to delete and which to leave up. AND the deleted posts did not break the TOS of the site. They are bastards. And I'm not talking about The Reef. The assholes know who they are. *sweet smile*

I'm not in a position to even begin to start looking for my dream home but that doesn't stop a gal from dreaming, does it? We have been discussing my husband's retirement lately and those conversations always seem to lead back to Orlando luxury real estate.
One thing I definitely plan to do when we start looking for our dream home is to make sure we use the services of a buyer's broker. A website I have recently visited is Buyers Broker of Florida which I have bookmarked for future reference (like I said it is never too early to start dreaming).
Buyers Broker of Florida have the reputation of always representing the best interests of the homebuyer and not those of the seller and that's exactly what I'm looking for. I wouldn't hire an attorney that would only represent me part of the time and I feel the same way about hiring a real estate broker. I'll definitely be looking up Buyers Broker of Florida when we get ready to make the big move.

What kind of website uses the "f" bomb in the title of their posts?
Geez, I finally had to remove the news feed I had on my sidebar of The Superficial. I've noticed a few words that were really iffy but for goodness sakes, I can't have a blog with the "f" word prominently displayed. I can get as down and dirty as the best of them but there is a time and place for it. This blog is not the time or place.
Get a clue The Superficial! If you want to talk smut that's fine and dandy - you are the only celeb trash site I bother to read and I'll continue reading your blog. But leave the nasty words out of your titles and RSS feeds. Dang.

I have to take my mother-in-law to the heart doctor tomorrow for a finger stick to check her protime level. I dread it.
This woman talks non-stop and bitches and complains and gossips about anyone and everyone she knows. Taking her anywhere is pure torture for me. But I do it. And cheerfully too! Can't you tell how cheerful I am? haha

Thank goodness for the internet when it comes to vacation planning. You young whippersnappers probably don't remember what it is like to try to plan a vacation in the ice age, that is, before the internet was invented.
Hubby has a vacation coming up and we have been surfing the net looking for vacation websites to help us plan the perfect vacation.
I recently found a newly designed website called vacations.net that looks pretty good.
The all-inclusive resort vacations are what really caught my eye at vacations.net. Most resorts prices include your room, all meals, all beverages, and all tips and gratuities. Also included are activities such as scuba and snorkeling. But wait, included in the resort price are entertainment and airport transfers. Wow.
I plan to do a lot more digging at vacations.net. It seems like if you book a vacation with vacations.net you can leave your wallet at home!
